딸깍(Ddalkkak) 개인정보 처리방침

주식회사 다락스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 macOS 앱 딸깍(Ddalkkak)(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시합니다. 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 회사의 서버로 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 분석(애널리틱스)·광고·추적 코드를 쓰지 않습니다.

1. 맥 안에만 저장되는 것

앱이 설치한 Windows(가상 디스크)와, 창을 닫을 때 저장하는 가상 PC의 메모리 상태
이용자가 보관을 고른 공동인증서(NPKI 폴더를 묶은 zip 파일)
앱 설정과 동작 기록(로그), 내려받는 중인 Windows 설치 파일
앱 안에서 연 Microsoft 다운로드 페이지의 쿠키 등 웹 데이터

이 정보는 모두 이용자의 맥 안 앱 전용 폴더에만 있으며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다. Windows와 인증서는 Time Machine 백업에서 제외됩니다. 앱의 '딸깍 지우기' 메뉴로 언제든 모두 지울 수 있습니다. Windows의 디스크와 저장된 메모리는 앱이 따로 암호화하지 않으므로, 맥의 FileVault를 켜 두기를 권합니다.

2. 인터넷 연결

Windows 설치 파일: Microsoft의 공식 다운로드 페이지에서 이용자가 직접 고른 파일을 Microsoft 서버에서 받습니다.
Chrome: 가상 PC 안에서 Google 서버로부터 설치됩니다.
가상 PC 안에서 이용자가 방문하는 웹사이트와 Windows 자체의 통신은 각 회사(Microsoft, Google, 방문한 사이트)의 약관과 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 회사는 그 내용을 보거나 보관하지 않습니다.

3. 결제

1년 이용권 구매와 구독 관리는 Apple(App Store)이 처리합니다. 회사는 이용자의 이름, 결제 수단 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구독은 App Store 계정 설정에서 해지할 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 보관·파기

회사가 수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자 제공·판매·공유, 보관·파기의 대상이 없습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 처리방침의 변경

이 처리방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 알립니다.

Ddalkkak Privacy Policy

Effective: October 18, 2026

Ddalkkak (the "App"), a macOS app by Darak Studio Inc. (the "Company"), does not collect your personal information and sends nothing to the Company's servers. There is no sign-up or login, and the App uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking code.

1. What stays on your Mac

The Windows installed by the App (a virtual disk) and the virtual PC's memory state saved when you close the window
The Korean digital certificates you choose to keep (a zip of the NPKI folder)
The App's settings and logs, and a Windows installation file being downloaded
Web data such as cookies from Microsoft's download page opened inside the App

All of this stays only in the App's own folder on your Mac and is never sent to the Company. Windows and the certificates are excluded from Time Machine backups. You can erase everything at any time from the App's "Remove Ddalkkak" menu. The App does not encrypt the Windows disk or the saved memory itself, so we recommend turning on FileVault on your Mac.

2. Internet connections

Windows installation file: downloaded from Microsoft's servers, using the file you choose on Microsoft's official download page.
Chrome: installed inside the virtual PC from Google's servers.
The websites you visit inside the virtual PC and Windows' own connections are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those companies (Microsoft, Google, and the sites you visit). The Company does not see or keep any of it.

3. Payments

Purchases of the yearly pass and subscription management are handled by Apple (the App Store). The Company does not receive your name, payment method, or other payment information. You can cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Sharing, retention and deletion

Since the Company collects no personal information, there is nothing to share, sell, retain, or delete.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page.
