헬스토피아 개인정보 처리방침

시행일: 2026년 10월 19일 · 헬스토피아 4.0 이상에 적용

주식회사 다락스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 운동 기록 앱 헬스토피아(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 처리합니다. 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 회사의 서버로 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 분석(애널리틱스)·광고·추적 코드를 쓰지 않습니다.

1. 기기에만 저장하는 정보

앱은 아래 정보를 이용자의 기기 안 앱 전용 저장 공간에만 저장하고 회사로 보내지 않습니다. 회사는 이 정보를 볼 수 없습니다.

• 운동 기록: 날짜별 운동 목록, 세트마다 무게·횟수·시간·거리와 완료 여부, 메모, 운동 점수
• 내 운동: 이용자가 직접 만든 운동의 이름·분류·기록 방식
• 키와 몸무게: 운동 점수를 계산하는 데만 씁니다. 점수를 계산하려고 운동을 추가할 때의 키·몸무게를 그 운동 기록에도 함께 저장합니다.
• 앱 설정: 루틴 레벨, BPM, 준비·휴식 시간, 자동 휴식, 카운트 음성, 처음 설정을 마쳤는지 여부
• 구독 상태: 스토어에 연결되지 않을 때 쓰려고, 마지막으로 확인한 구독 여부(예/아니오)만 저장합니다.

기기 설정에 따라 이 정보는 iCloud 백업 또는 Google 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 Apple·Google의 정책을 따르며, 회사는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.

2. 인터넷 연결과 구독 결제

• 앱이 기기 밖과 주고받는 것은 구독 상품 조회·결제·구매 확인뿐이며, 모두 기기의 App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 이루어집니다. 회사는 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보나 구매 내역을 받지 않습니다.
• 앱의 설정에서 개인정보 처리방침·이용약관·고객 지원·구독 관리를 누르면 기기의 웹 브라우저나 스토어에서 해당 페이지가 열립니다.
• 결제와 관련한 개인정보 처리는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나, 처리를 위탁하거나, 국외로 이전하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 구독 결제는 이용자와 Apple 또는 Google 사이에서 이루어지며 각 회사의 방침을 따릅니다.

4. 보유 기간과 파기

회사가 보유하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 기기 안의 정보는 이용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다.

• 앱의 설정 › 데이터 초기화로 운동 기록과 점수, 내 운동을 모두 지울 수 있습니다. 키·몸무게와 설정은 남으며, 이것까지 지우려면 앱을 삭제하세요.
• 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 앱 전용 저장 공간이 함께 지워집니다. 이미 만들어진 기기 백업은 Apple·Google의 정책에 따라 따로 남을 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

• 기기 안의 정보는 이용자가 직접 보고 고치고 지울 수 있습니다. 키와 몸무게는 설정 › 키 · 몸무게에서 언제든 고칠 수 있습니다.
• 그 밖의 문의나 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 답합니다.

6. 이전 버전(3.x)

헬스토피아 3.x 버전은 로그인과 회사 서버를 사용했습니다. 그 서버는 운영을 마쳤고, 회사는 그 서버에 있던 이용자 정보를 보관하고 있지 않습니다. 4.0 버전은 그 서버에 연결하지 않습니다.

7. 만 14세 미만 아동

앱은 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

기기 안의 정보는 운영체제가 다른 앱의 접근을 막는 앱 전용 저장 공간에 있습니다. 앱이 따로 암호화하지는 않으므로 기기 잠금(암호·생체 인증)을 켜 두기를 권합니다.

9. 자동 수집 장치

앱은 쿠키나 광고 식별자 같은 자동 수집 장치를 쓰지 않습니다.

12. 처리방침의 변경

변경 내용은 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지로 고지합니다. 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 30일 전부터 고지합니다. 앱이 개인정보를 수집하거나 기기 밖으로 보내는 기능을 더하기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 고칩니다.

Healthtopia Privacy Policy

Effective: October 19, 2026 · applies to Healthtopia 4.0 and later

Darak Studio Co., Ltd. ("we") handles the personal information of users of Healthtopia (the "App") in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. The App does not collect your personal information and sends nothing to our servers. There is no sign-up or login, and the App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.

1. Stored only on your device

• Workout records: exercises by date, weight, reps, time and distance of each set and whether it was completed, notes, and workout scores
• Your own exercises: name, category and how they are logged
• Height and weight: used only to calculate workout scores. The height and weight at the time an exercise is added are also saved with that record for its score.
• Settings: routine level, BPM, ready and rest times, auto rest, count voice, and whether first-time setup is done
• Subscription status: only whether you were subscribed when last checked (yes/no), used while the store cannot be reached

All of this stays in the App's private storage on your device and is never sent to us; we cannot see it. Depending on your device settings it may be included in iCloud or Google backups, which follow Apple's and Google's policies.

2. Internet connections and payments

The App connects only to look up, buy and verify the subscription, always through the App Store or Google Play on your device. We never receive card details or your purchase history. Links in the App's settings (privacy policy, terms, support, manage subscription) open in your web browser or the store. Payments are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing, processors and transfers abroad

Since we collect no personal information, there is nothing to share with third parties, entrust to processors or transfer abroad.

4. Retention, deletion and your rights

We keep no personal information. Data on your device stays until you delete it. 설정 › 데이터 초기화 (Settings › Reset data) deletes workout records, scores and your own exercises; height, weight and settings remain until you delete the App, which removes its private storage. Existing device backups follow Apple's and Google's policies. You can change your height and weight at any time in 설정 › 키 · 몸무게. For any other request, contact us below.

5. Earlier versions (3.x)

Healthtopia 3.x used a login and our server. That server has been shut down and we do not keep the user information it held. Version 4.0 does not connect to it.

6. Children

The App collects no one's personal information, including that of children under 14.

7. Security

Data on your device is kept in the App's private storage, which the operating system shields from other apps. The App does not encrypt it separately, so we recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock.

8. Automatic collection

The App uses no cookies, advertising identifiers or similar tracking technologies.

10. Changes

We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that significantly affect your rights. We will update this policy before the App starts collecting personal information or sending anything off your device.
