주식회사 다락스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 운동 박자 타이머 앱 Tempo(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 처리합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 쓰는지, 그중 기기 밖으로 나가는 것은 무엇이고 누가 받는지를 사실 그대로 적습니다.
요약
카메라 영상은 Google ML Kit의 자세 인식으로 기기 안에서만 분석하고, 분석에는 관절 위치만 씁니다. 영상과 사진은 저장하지 않으며 회사나 Google로 보내지 않습니다. 카메라 권한은 기기 설정(iOS: 설정 → Tempo → 카메라, Android: 설정 → 앱 → Tempo → 권한)에서 언제든 끌 수 있고, 끄면 푸시업 카운터만 쓸 수 없습니다. 앱은 마이크를 쓰지 않습니다.
ML Kit은 기능이 잘 도는지 재려고 다음 정보를 Google에 보냅니다.
사용 목적은 Google이 밝히는 대로 진단과 사용 분석입니다. 카메라 영상과 인식 결과는 여기에 포함되지 않습니다.
화면 아래 광고를 보여 주려고 Google LLC의 AdMob이 다음 정보를 앱에서 직접 수집합니다.
목적은 광고 게재와 측정, 부정 클릭 방지, 분석입니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않고, AdMob이 주는 집계 통계(노출 수, 수익 등)만 받습니다. 이 정보는 광고를 게재하는 다른 사업자와 공유될 수 있습니다.

BPM, 횟수, 카운트 음성, 음량 같은 설정 값을 기기에 저장합니다. 이 파일은 기기 설정에 따라 iCloud 기기 백업 또는 Android 자동 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 앱을 지우면 이 기기의 사본이 지워집니다.
앱에는 Google Firebase 구성요소가 들어 있습니다. 이 버전에서 앱은 Firebase로 계정을 만들거나 이용자 정보를 보내지 않습니다(ML Kit이 내부에서 쓰는 Firebase 설치 ID와 원격 구성은 1-2의 진단 정보에 포함됩니다).

거부하는 방법과 효과: iOS에서는 "추적 허용" 창에서 거부하거나 기기 설정에서 추적을 끌 수 있고, 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정할 수 있습니다. 광고 요청과 ML Kit 진단 정보의 전송 자체를 끄는 설정은 앱에 없으며, 이를 원하지 않으면 앱을 삭제해 주세요.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
앱 자체는 쿠키를 쓰지 않지만, 앱에 포함된 Google 광고 SDK가 광고 표시·측정을 위해 쿠키나 이와 비슷한 기술을 쓸 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자는 1-3에 적은 대로 Google 광고에 쓰이며, 끄는 방법도 1-3에 적었습니다.
변경 내용은 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지로 고지합니다. 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 30일 전부터 고지합니다. 앱이 계정을 만들거나 이용자 정보를 보내는 기능(예: 함께 운동하기)을 더하기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 고칩니다.

Darak Studio Inc. ("we") processes the personal information of users of Tempo, an exercise tempo timer app ("the app"), in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy states plainly what the app uses, which of it leaves the device, and who receives it.
Summary
The camera image is analysed only on the device by Google ML Kit pose detection, and only joint positions are used. Video and photos are not stored and are not sent to us or to Google. You can turn the camera permission off at any time in device settings (iOS: Settings → Tempo → Camera; Android: Settings → Apps → Tempo → Permissions); only the push-up counter stops working. The app does not use the microphone.
To measure whether the feature works, ML Kit sends the following to Google:
As Google states, the purpose is diagnostics and usage analytics. The camera image and the recognition results are not included.
To show the ad at the bottom of the screen, Google LLC's AdMob collects the following directly from the app:
The purposes are ad delivery and measurement, preventing invalid clicks, and analytics. We do not receive this information; we receive only the aggregate statistics AdMob provides (impressions, revenue, etc.). This information may be shared with other companies that serve ads.

Settings such as BPM, count, counting voice and volume are stored on the device. Depending on device settings these files may be included in an iCloud device backup or Android automatic backup; deleting the app removes the copy on this device.
The app contains Google Firebase components. In this version the app does not use Firebase to create accounts or send your information (the Firebase installation ID and remote configuration that ML Kit uses internally are part of the diagnostics in 1-2).

We do not receive your information, so we do not share it with third parties or entrust its processing. The information in 1-2 and 1-3 is collected by Google LLC directly from the app for its own purposes (advertising, diagnostics) and may be shared with other companies that serve ads.

How to refuse and the effect: on iOS you can decline the "Allow tracking" prompt or turn tracking off in device settings, and you can reset the advertising identifier in device settings. The app has no setting that stops ad requests or ML Kit diagnostics altogether; if you do not want them, please delete the app.
The app is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
The app itself does not use cookies, but the Google advertising SDK included in the app may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. The advertising identifier is used for Google ads as described in 1-3, which also explains how to turn it off.
Changes are announced on this page 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that significantly affect your rights. Before the app adds a feature that creates accounts or sends your information (for example, exercising together), we will update this policy first.
