Voqo 개인정보 처리방침

주식회사 다락스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 macOS 받아쓰기 앱 Voqo(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시합니다. Voqo는 이용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

없습니다. Voqo는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 분석(애널리틱스)·추적·광고 식별자를 사용하지 않고, 회사의 어떤 서버로도 데이터를 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 마이크 및 음성 처리

• 마이크는 이용자가 받아쓰기를 켰을 때(단축키)에만 접근하며, 끄면 즉시 중단됩니다.
• 음성은 Apple 음성 인식 프레임워크(Speech)로 텍스트로 변환됩니다. 기기 설정·언어에 따라 온디바이스에서 처리되거나 변환을 위해 Apple로 전송될 수 있으며, 이 처리는 Apple 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.
• 회사는 이용자의 음성 및 변환된 텍스트를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.
• 변환된 텍스트는 이용자 기기에서 현재 활성화된 앱에 직접 입력될 뿐, 앱이 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.

3. 앱 권한

• 마이크 / 음성 인식: 받아쓰기 기능 수행에만 사용
• 손쉬운 사용(이벤트 게시): 변환된 텍스트를 활성 창에 입력하기 위해서만 사용

4. 제3자 제공 및 보관

수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자 제공·판매·공유 및 보관·파기 대상이 존재하지 않습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

Voqo는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

Voqo Privacy Policy

Voqo (the "App"), a macOS dictation app by Darak Studio Inc., does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information.

1. Data We Collect

None. No account, no analytics, no tracking or advertising identifiers, and no data sent to any server of ours.

2. Microphone & Speech

• The microphone is accessed only while you actively dictate (via the hotkey) and stops when you turn it off.
• Audio is transcribed by Apple's Speech framework — on-device or sent to Apple depending on your settings, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never collect, store, or transmit your audio or text.
• Transcribed text is typed directly into your focused app and is not retained by the App.

3. Permissions

Microphone / Speech Recognition (for dictation) and Accessibility / post-events (to type into the focused window). Used only for dictation.

4. Third Parties & Retention

Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to share, sell, or retain.
