헬스토피아 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 주식회사 다락스튜디오(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 운동 기록 앱 헬스토피아(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스)

무료 기능: 운동 기록(세트마다 무게·횟수·시간·거리, 메모), 내 운동 만들기, 운동 점수, 기록 달력과 운동별 통계, BPM 메트로놈과 카운트 음성, 휴식·타바타 타이머
구독 기능: 심현도 무분할 루틴(8단계 레벨, 월~토 요일별 운동 구성과 운동마다 심관장 가이드)

앱은 회원가입 없이 쓰며, 운동 기록은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 회사는 이 기록을 보관하지 않으므로 잃어버린 기록을 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

제3조 (구독과 결제)

구독은 1개월마다 자동으로 갱신되는 상품이며, 가격은 스토어에 표시된 금액(대한민국 기준 월 9,900원)입니다.
App Store에서 처음 구독하는 이용자에게는 1주 무료 체험이 제공되며, 받을 수 있는지는 구독 화면에 표시됩니다. Google Play 구독에는 무료 체험이 없습니다.
요금은 구매를 확인할 때(무료 체험이 있으면 체험이 끝날 때) Apple 계정 또는 Google 계정으로 청구되고, 이후 1개월마다 청구됩니다.
현재 기간(무료 체험 포함)이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 갱신됩니다. App Store에서는 기간이 끝나기 전 24시간 안에 다음 기간 요금이 청구됩니다.
구독 관리와 해지는 스토어 계정 설정에서 언제든 할 수 있으며, 앱의 설정 › 구독 관리에서 바로 열 수 있습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 구독 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다.
환불은 각 스토어(Apple, Google)의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

제4조 (건강상의 주의)

앱의 루틴과 운동 점수는 일반적인 운동 참고 정보이며 의학적 조언이 아닙니다. 운동 중 통증이나 이상을 느끼면 즉시 멈추고, 질환이 있거나 운동을 처음 시작한다면 전문가와 상의한 뒤 이용하세요. 이용자의 몸 상태에 맞지 않는 무게나 횟수로 운동해 생긴 부상에 대해 회사는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제5조 (지식재산권)

앱과 앱 안의 콘텐츠(루틴, 가이드, 음성 등)에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적인 운동 목적으로만 이용할 수 있으며, 회사의 허락 없이 복제하거나 배포할 수 없습니다.

제6조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 필요할 때 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.

제7조 (준거법과 문의)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. App Store에서 받은 앱에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

Healthtopia Terms of Use

Effective: October 19, 2026

Service: free features are workout logging (weight, reps, time and distance for each set, notes), your own exercises, workout scores, a records calendar and per-exercise statistics, a BPM metronome with count voices, and rest and tabata timers. The subscription adds Shim Hyun-do's no-split routine (8 levels, Monday-to-Saturday workouts and a guide for each exercise).
Subscription: an auto-renewing monthly plan at the price shown in the store (KRW 9,900 per month in Korea). New subscribers on the App Store get a 1-week free trial, shown on the subscription screen when available; Google Play has no trial. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase (or when the free trial ends) and every month after that. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, including a free trial; on the App Store the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings at any time, also reachable from 설정 › 구독 관리 (Settings › Manage subscription) in the App. After cancelling you keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds follow the store's policy.
Your data: the App needs no account and keeps workout records only on your device. We do not store them and cannot recover lost records. See the Privacy Policy.
Health: routines and scores are general fitness information, not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, and consult a professional if you have a health condition or are new to exercise.
Content: rights to the App and its content (routines, guides, voices) belong to Darak Studio Co., Ltd. or their rightful owners. Use it for personal exercise only.
Changes: we post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes against your interests.
Law and contact: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Apps obtained from the App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Contact: hello@darak.studio
