"오늘의 세계 챌린지"를 더하면서, 챌린지를 시작할 때 보내는 정보와 서버 접속 기록, 처리 위탁·국외 이전(Railway)을 1-2·3·4·5장에 적었습니다. 1.3.0에서 없앤 푸시업 카운터(카메라)·Google ML Kit·Firebase 설명은 뺐습니다. "Tempo Pro"(1회 구매)를 더하면서 1-1·1-3에 구매 관련 내용을 적었습니다. 이전 방침(2026년 10월 11일 시행)
주식회사 다락스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 운동 타이머 앱 Tempo(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 처리합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 쓰는지, 그중 기기 밖으로 나가는 것은 무엇이고 누가 받는지를 사실 그대로 적습니다.
요약
끝낸 운동의 기록(운동 종류·시간·라운드 등, 최근 500개), 이용자가 저장한 운동, 설정 값(소리·신호·준비 시간 등)을 기기에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 회사로 보내지 않습니다. 세계 챌린지에 참여하면 그 운동 번호·비밀값·순위와 오늘의 챌린지 정보도 기기에 저장해 끝내기·삭제와 순위 표시에 쓰며, 30일이 지난 운동 번호는 지웁니다. 기기 설정에 따라 이 정보들은 iCloud 기기 백업 또는 Android 자동 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 앱을 지우면 이 기기의 사본이 지워집니다.
Tempo Pro를 사면 구매 여부를 기기에 저장합니다. 결제는 Apple·Google이 처리하며 회사는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
결과 공유: 이용자가 공유를 누를 때만 결과 이미지를 만들어 이용자가 고른 앱으로 넘깁니다. 이미지를 사진 보관함에 저장하는 것도 이용자가 고를 때만이며(이때 기기가 사진 추가 권한을 묻습니다), 회사로 보내지 않습니다.
챌린지를 시작할 때 보내는 정보
이름, 이메일, 계정, 광고 식별자, 기기 식별자, 기기에 저장된 운동 기록은 보내지 않습니다.
목적: 지금 함께 하는 사람 수와 오늘의 세계 순위를 보여 줍니다. 다른 이용자에게는 국가(국기)와 점수·순위만 보이고, 누구의 기록인지는 보이지 않습니다.
서버 접속 기록: 앱은 오늘의 챌린지와 순위를 받아 오려고 회사 서버에 접속합니다(앱을 열 때 포함, 챌린지를 시작하지 않아도 접속합니다). 이때 운동 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 다만 오늘 세계 순위에 올린 기록이 있으면 내 순위를 보여 주려고 그 기록의 운동 번호를 함께 보냅니다(요청 경로에는 넣지 않습니다). 서버를 운영하는 Railway가 요청마다 접속 기록(IP 주소, 시각, 요청 경로, 앱 정보)을 남겨 7일 동안 보관합니다. 회사는 이 기록을 오류 확인과 남용 방지에만 보고, 운동 결과와 잇지 않습니다(운동 번호는 요청 경로에 넣지 않습니다). 남용 방지를 위해 서버는 요청의 IP 주소를 메모리에서 1시간 단위로 세기만 하고 따로 저장하지 않습니다.
화면 아래 광고를 보여 주려고 Google LLC의 AdMob이 다음 정보를 앱에서 직접 수집합니다.
Tempo Pro를 사면 광고를 요청하지 않고, 광고 동의 창과 추적 허용 창도 띄우지 않습니다.
목적은 광고 게재와 측정, 부정 클릭 방지, 분석입니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않고, AdMob이 주는 집계 통계(노출 수, 수익 등)만 받습니다. 이 정보는 광고를 게재하는 다른 사업자와 공유될 수 있습니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 세계 순위의 국가·점수는 이름 없이 다른 이용자에게 보입니다. 1-3의 정보는 Google LLC가 앱에서 직접 수집해 자신의 목적(광고)에 쓰며, 광고를 게재하는 다른 사업자와 공유할 수 있습니다.

거부하는 방법과 효과: 세계 챌린지를 시작하지 않으면 1-2의 운동 결과와 국가는 보내지 않습니다. 이때 세계 순위와 함께하기가 보이지 않을 뿐 다른 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 오늘의 챌린지를 받아 오는 접속과 광고 요청 자체를 끄는 설정은 앱에 없으며, 이를 원하지 않으면 앱을 삭제해 주세요. iOS에서는 "추적 허용" 창에서 거부하거나 기기 설정에서 추적을 끌 수 있고, 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정할 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
앱 자체는 쿠키를 쓰지 않지만, 앱에 포함된 Google 광고 SDK가 광고 표시·측정을 위해 쿠키나 이와 비슷한 기술을 쓸 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자는 1-3에 적은 대로 Google 광고에 쓰이며, 끄는 방법도 1-3에 적었습니다.
변경 내용은 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지로 고지합니다. 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 30일 전부터 고지합니다. 앱이 계정을 만들거나 새로운 이용자 정보를 보내는 기능을 더하기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 고칩니다.

With "Today's World Challenge" added, sections 1-2, 3, 4 and 5 now describe what is sent when you start a challenge, the server access logs, and processing and transfer abroad (Railway). The push-up counter (camera), Google ML Kit and Firebase, removed in 1.3.0, are no longer described. With "Tempo Pro" (a one-time purchase) added, sections 1-1 and 1-3 now describe purchases. Darak Studio Inc. ("we") processes the personal information of users of Tempo, a workout timer app ("the app"), in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy states plainly what the app uses, which of it leaves the device, and who receives it.
Summary
The history of finished workouts (type, time, rounds and so on; the latest 500), the workouts you save, and your settings (sounds, signals, countdown and so on) are stored on the device. They are not sent to us. If you join the World Challenge, that workout's number, secret and rank and today's challenge information are also stored on the device to end or delete the run and to show your rank; workout numbers older than 30 days are removed. Depending on device settings this information may be included in an iCloud device backup or Android automatic backup; deleting the app removes the copy on this device.
If you buy Tempo Pro, whether you bought it is stored on the device. Payment is handled by Apple or Google, and we do not receive payment information.
Sharing a result: only when you tap Share does the app create a result image and hand it to the app you choose. Saving the image to your photo library also happens only if you choose it (the device then asks for permission to add photos), and the image is not sent to us.
Sent when you start a challenge
Your name, email, account, advertising identifier, device identifiers and the workout history on your device are not sent.
Purpose: to show how many people are doing the challenge now and today's world ranking. Other users see only the country (flag) and the score and rank, never whose result it is.
Server access logs: the app connects to our server to fetch today's challenge and ranking (including when the app opens, even if you never start a challenge). No workout information is sent then, except that if you are in today's world ranking, that result's workout number is sent along to show your rank (never in the request path). Railway, which runs the server, logs each request (IP address, time, request path, app information) and keeps the logs for 7 days. We look at these logs only to check errors and prevent abuse, and we do not link them to workout results (workout numbers are never put in the request path). To prevent abuse, the server counts requests per IP address in memory over one-hour windows and does not store them.
To show the ad at the bottom of the screen, Google LLC's AdMob collects the following directly from the app:
If you buy Tempo Pro, the app does not request ads and does not show the ad consent or tracking permission prompts.
The purposes are ad delivery and measurement, preventing invalid clicks, and analytics. We do not receive this information; we receive only the aggregate statistics AdMob provides (impressions, revenue, etc.). This information may be shared with other companies that serve ads.

We do not provide your personal information to third parties. Countries and scores in the world ranking are visible to other users without names. The information in 1-3 is collected by Google LLC directly from the app for its own purposes (advertising) and may be shared with other companies that serve ads.

How to refuse and the effect: if you do not start a World Challenge, the workout result and country in 1-2 are not sent; you just do not see the world ranking and the together feature, and everything else works the same. The app has no setting that stops fetching today's challenge or requesting ads; if you do not want them, please delete the app. On iOS you can decline the "Allow tracking" prompt or turn tracking off in device settings, and you can reset the advertising identifier in device settings.
The app is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
The app itself does not use cookies, but the Google advertising SDK included in the app may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. The advertising identifier is used for Google ads as described in 1-3, which also explains how to turn it off.
Changes are announced on this page 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that significantly affect your rights. Before the app adds a feature that creates accounts or sends new user information, we will update this policy first.
